The registration fee includes access to all the sessions of the symposium programme, a digital access to the proceedings, coffee and lunch.

In the programme, a reception-dinner is considered and this will be covered directly by the participant. The dinner will cost £50. Indicate at registration if you will attend the reception-dinner.

Royal Holloway is located 25 minutes from Heathrow airport and is one of the most beautiful campuses in the UK. In May, the landscape is spectacular! Egham is close to Windsor Park and Saville Gardens. Windsor Castle is  about 40 minutes  by train. Egham is ideal to spend a weekend. London Waterloo is also about 40 minutes away.
