Registration
The registration fee includes lunches, receptions, and conference materials. Payment before September 1, 1999, is U.S.$425. After september 1, the registration fee is U.S.$475. Tickets for the Network's annual banquet are an additional U.S.$25 each. Seating for the banquet is limited. The cost of travel and accommodations are additional and are not the responsibility of the conference organizers.

Full payment of the registration fee in U.S. Dollars–by check drawn on a U.S. bank, international money order (made payable to Kenan-Flagler Business School Foundation) or credit card–is required with the completed registration form or online registration. Confirmation of receipt of registration and payment will be sent via e-mail (if available) or by fax.
