11th International Conference, Hotel Nikko San Francisco, October 12-15, 2003

The Greening of Industry Network (GIN) is an international network of professionals from research, education, business, civil society organizations, and government focusing on issues of industrial development, environment and society. Each year GIN Members and interested individuals come together at the GIN conference, four full days of exchange, debate, discussion and learning, to accelerate progress toward a sustainable society.

Sustainable Industry is organizing GIN2003 - the 11th International Conference of the Greening of Industry Network: Innovating for Sustainability.

This is a special opportunity to join with our Network to promote your programs, books, reports, journals and educational offerings to a unique network of dedicated individuals who are leading the way in research, policy, and practice for sustainable industrial development. In their own words:

GIN2003 Exhibits will be located in a highly visible and open area of Hotel Nikko San Francisco, near the refreshments!

Cost of Exhibiting
1 Day = $450
2 Days = $600
3 Days = $800
4 Days = $1,000

Price with ONE exhibitor includes: table, tablecloth, table skirt, chair, and meals and refreshments served on that day. There is an additional charge for additional exhibitors to tend the vendor table or attend the conference. We can also help provide staff for your table. Please contact us for more information.

Reservation and Payment Information
- Payment in full with order, by October 1, 2003
- Send checks in US funds drawn on a US bank made payable to "Sustainable Industry"

Handling Fee
There is an additional movement and handling fee charged by Hotel Nikko for boxes and crates shipped directly to the hotel (cost not included in prices listed above):

Regular Boxes 5-20lbs $5/box
Oversized Boxes > 20lbs $10/box
Exhibit Crates $30/crate

Please note that the hotel is not prepared to receive packages more than one week prior to date of conference. To ensure proper handling when mailing packaged material to the Hotel Nikko San Francisco, please clearly indicate the following:
